Ms. Rafaela and Mr. Rezai are very sweet and and charismatic. They have patience for their patients. They also guide you to better mouth care!
Genuinely feel like patients should be aware of price gouging that I encountered at this office. After a new patient appointment Dr. Reza quoted a extensive $5k treatment plan after insurance. I got second opinion and they were SHOCKED as they reviewed the treatment plan giving to me by Prime Dental- new office provided a $250 treatment plan. For example, the tooth that Dr. Reza said required a root canal was not even a cavity according my other office.
I had a great experience with Prime Dental. I called needing an emergency dental appointment the same day, and they were able to get me in within 15 minutes. The team quickly helped manage my pain, and the entire staff was kind and welcoming throughout my visit. I really appreciated how fast and caring they were during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!
