I have lived at La Mirada Apartments for several years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. My apartment, the maintenance team, the office staff, and the overall area have all exceeded my expectations. Any time I’ve had an issue, I’ve submitted a work order and maintenance has always taken care of it within the expected timeframe. Ms. Elvia and Carlos are very helpful! They are attentive to any concerns, and address any issues in a timely manner. Both are respectful and kind. I highly recommend this place!
Llevo 5 días viniendo a diferentes horas para orientarme para alquiler de apartamentos y no se encuentra nadie en oficina. Para el día de hoy sacamos cita desde la página web para la una de la tarde y no hay nadie en oficina tampoco. Al menos deberían de arreglar los horarios de servicios al cliente para uno no perder el tiempo.
I live at La Marada I have to admit that the new property manager Elvia is awesome very nice and outgoing makes me feel comfortable for when I need something. Property is very peaceful and clean i definitely recommend living at these apartments everyone is nice
