I loved this place when I was in WV. They have amazing and delicious food.
My husband and I love their Insalada de Polla (Salad with grilled chicken) and their House Dressing, along with their famous Garlic Knots. Hubby also likes their Chicken Pacotta with Crab Meat and White Sauce. their service is great and very friendly.

My family had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant last night. It was delicious. The red sauce is amazing and the garlic knots are out of this world! My daughter is a professed ravioli snob and she said these were the best she's ever had. We are a family of 5 with a few picky eaters in the mix and there was something for all of us! The owners are the nicest people and so inviting. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I are big fans of their food at Mezzaluna . We live in Yuma Arizona now . We would visit the Cafe 3 or 4 times a month . Our favorites are Calamari with Tentacles , Muscles , Salad with garlic bread knots . I recommend that what ever you want to try or a favorite dish that you had at another place you will be pleased as to how they prepare their own dishes at Mezzaluna Cafe .
