My wife and I stopped in for lunch. We sat at a booth for 17 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. They brought us menus but did not bring water or even take a drink order. We sat there for another 15 minutes and still no one had come back with even water. Two other tables had also left in that time. Because they had no service either. Eventually we got up and left.
I snapped a photo of my plate for the app, which also found me this restaurant. The tacos had good protein and fit my remaining calories while the portion was standard. The dining area was simple and functional.
The chimi was deep-fried and crispy, unlike most these days, which seem to be pan-fried and usually soft. Loved the hot sauce (served on the side), and service was fast and friendly. Outdoor patio dining had a great view of the river with an umbrella for shade.
Went for a quick lunch. Sat out by the river. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was excellent. I had la llengua tacos. Chef's kiss.
