The ladies in the office were amazing but the people in these apartments is horrible. As for the parents please watch your kids at the bus stop there's this sloppy loose saggy skined woman in the mornings cursing out your kids. I'd be damned!!!
It used to be great, but while they get to let things like the BBQ remain unusable, they have a real hard nose unit inspection every month now. For a community that offers housing to low and no income section 8 people, they are completely out of touch with said people. If I could afford to buy a stack of paper plates that's fine, but cut up some cardboard from a few 12 packs of coke and make a stack, that's a fire hazard. Save your plastic bags from the store? The pictures below is of a "cleaned' apartment. There's a new manager in the office. He isn't very welcoming, friendly, or personable. Only one dryer works in our building and it's been like that for years. They also let people steal your stuff. They supposedly have cameras but won't review them. Brings the property value of the neighborhood down significantly. They regularly have drug dens where they set up campers on the side of the road where the tenants are outside smoking and getting high. The building has emergency services there at least 4 times per week due to overdoses. This company is the same company that sells legal drugs to heroin addicts so none of that is surprising. What is surprising is the government allows it.
