Under new management and new owner. Let's hope for positive changes. New property manager Jose, seems super nice, very professional and comes across as a straight shooter! . My personal experience as the on site PM was awful. Glad I can put it all behind me now, so glad I'm not there any more! Sorry but CTMs Regional Manager did a terrible job of managing the property. They cost the new owner $40,000-$60,000 @$10,000 per tenant, including myself in exchange for keys at move out. That property was a hot mess!
