I purchased 4 used tires from La Mesa Tire Co in Spring Valley a little over a year ago. Today im trying to replace the tires and the lug nuts will not come off. When I called La Mesa Tire Co about this I was told that they do not use torque wrenches only air guns. Do not buy tires from this place, they do not know how to properly install tires.
