Horrible experience. Purchased an expensive class C RV. Customer service is terrible from start to finish. Flew in from out of town for orientation and financing. No one was there to meet me. They were in a staff meeting. Wandered around by myself until someone came out. Jaxon Klitzka, the finance manager, is very unprofessional and a liar. I cannot begin to tell you my disgust with La Mesa Rv service department. I bought a brand new Fleetwood 2015 seven years ago. Had I known the complete lack of service that they provide I never would've bought from them. I cannot even begin to tell you how many times I put it in for service And had no response and was lied to outright. Namely Vinny my service coordinator had my RV for almost 2 months and lied to me and said the front end was looked at. Until I found out from the technician that it was never looked at. Would like to thank the LA Mesa Port St Lucie RV service department. Scott Kidman was very professional in handling my refrigerator replacement. I contacted the service department as soon as the issues arose. Scott walked me through the whole process (manufactures warranty and what to expect). I would love to write a good review for La Mesa RV in Port Saint Lucie, FL, but I’m sad to report that they really missed the mark for me. Every business school agrees that service organizations should make a practice of under promising and over delivering, La Mesa RV seems to have missed that class. La Mesa in Port Saint Lucie Florida. Visited their dealership and found a RV that I was interest in and asked them about all the details. They tried to pressure sell me RV that was involved in an accident and had three recalls without informing me. I went home to look up the car fax and found the RV had major and severe damage, had mechanic work done, was repainted, and had three safety recalls that were not completed. Written agreements mean Nothing to La Mesa Port St. Lucie. We had a signed agreement to order a new fifth wheel that included an out the door price with trade value assigned. I provided more than 30 pictures and disclosed information on my trade that they didn’t even ask for. After 4 months our new fifth wheel arrived and we traveled more than 500 miles for delivery.
