Huge inventory, clean and well-organized. We were greeted right away by Alex Temple, who gave us a relaxed, informative tour—no pressure, no info sheets to sign. Blake Jordan later joined us and was equally professional and knowledgeable. Even after we said we weren’t buying today, they treated us like valued customers. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the RV I purchased from La Mesa RV. I paid $130,000 for an RV that I could travel in comfortably. I’ve had it for about 6 months, and it has been nothing but problems since day one. The A/C doesn’t work at all, making it unbearable to sleep in—especially in the Florida heat. But the biggest issue is the cruise control, which is dangerously defective. While driving on the highway, it will randomly slam on the brakes from 70 mph down to 30 mph with no warning. I am a La Mesa customer and called the 800 number and was redirected to this Davie location. I asked a question about an awing, and the person told me that they closed in 20 minutes. I asked if he had heard my question, and he just hung up on me. BTW, it's was 40 mins before they closed, and my 2nd question was, if they took trade ins because I wanted a new rv. He never heard that question. Great customer service.
Buyers be aware. Once you take delivery you are on your own. They don't respond and ignore you.
