We purchased a brand new Entegra Esteem from La Mesa RV in August 2024. Royce, our salesperson, was great and patient during our decision making process. Since our purchase, we have taken our RV to the La Mesa RV service department located in El Cajon for warranty work. Justin was our service writer and he was fantastic. Justin listened intently to our needs and provided outstanding customer service. Our overall experience at LMRV has been outstanding.
I started looking for a camper van last year and met Stephanie during my initial visit. She made such a great impression—knowledgeable, kind, fun, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right fit—that when I was finally ready to buy, I knew I wanted to come back and work with her. The entire team was awesome, but Stephanie truly went above and beyond throughout the process. She answered every question, made sure I felt confident and informed, and shared in the excitement of this new chapter!!
Driving from North Los Angeles, I found the service worth the drive. With many issues pending, I drove down to La Mesa to have them addressed. After review of the issues, my service rep, Mike York, found additional issues with his quality eye. I will continue to make the 3 Hour Dr. because La Mesa is worth it.
I purchased a 2026 Thor24a from La Mesa Rec Van and highly recommend them for anyone interested in purchasing an RV/Motorhome. The entire team at this place is great.
