I highly recommend LMR! ♡ I felt the Positive vibe when I first stepped inside the clinic. They helped me get rid of my pain, and gave me lots of help with showing me exercises to stay well balanced and feel better. Thank you so much LMR!!!
The VA sent me to La Mesa Rehab to help with a Deployment Back Injury (Pelvic Floor). I did 30 sessions over the course of 4-5 months. I’ve seen improvement in my pain tolerance, mobility, and sleep. The staff is incredible! I never had one bad interaction. I’d shout each of them out personally but I’m afraid I’ll forget someone. Thanks for the memories! I’d recommend La Mesa Rehab to anyone.
I went to La Mesa Rehab with the worst back strain and pain that I've ever had in my life. I wasn't very optimistic that anyone could help. So it was a great surprise when Dr. Peavy and her staff began to work on me and I could feel that things were going to get better. Her staff treats everyone like a VIP, starting with the receptionist who greeted me by name based on my appointment time.
