I have been here with a group of 13. Riza and Joey are welcoming and Nana, who looks after the house, is a fantastic persone. She cooked wonderful dinner and breakfast for us all and made our laundry. If I go back to San Diego I will go there again
Overall I believe the place is great, if you need anything you can always talk about it with the owners, they are respectful and very nice despite English not being their first language. You can always let them know if you have any allergies, they always offer you different kinds of food or snacks, and it is very quiet in here, in case you want to focus on homework or simply spend time on calling someone, just be respectful about the noise, since I believe the reason many people hate it here is because of new noisy roommates... read more
