One of the worst clinics. I arrive on time, I have to sit there an hour past my appointment. I arrive 10 minutes late, now my appointment is rescheduled (I also called).Then she gave me the wrong medication and made my breakout worse. My dermatologist was even shocked.
Staff and providers are not accommodating! Not a good place to go to. 👎👎👎
Does not know how to treat patients or follow instructions they are ignorant and only care about certain patients I have been put of for weeks and now I'm going to lose my job due to there neglect and not treating me like I'm a patient and doing there jobs all they had to do was fill out my paper work and make it legible.
I had a painful an horrible experience at La Mesa Family Dental. I went in because of tooth pain an left, B4 the procedure was finish bc of the excruciating pain. I only received the numbing shots. Dr. Philip Johnson at La Mesa Family Dental, was very short in diagnosing my issues, barely taking the time too look, offer no alternatives an went straight to tooth extraction.
