After Dr. Bolam retired (very fine lady) I had 3 dental cleanings at this office, the last one on 10/21/2016, when this dentist asked for a payment of $225 (I am not sure if his real name is Michael or Dennis O'Brien based on the EOBs from the insurance). I have agreed to make the payment with the understanding that they will refund me the full amount when the insurance will send them more checks. Big mistake! He took over Dr. Bolam's practice in La Mesa and he's wonderful! Explains everything. Filled two cavities for me today. Could barely feel the needle. Great bedside manner. Also LOVE my dental hygienist, Natalya. Have been seeing her for years.
