My experience so far hasn’t been great. At my first appointment, I was told to arrive at 3 PM but wasn’t seen until 5 PM. For my second appointment, I was repeatedly told my copay would be around $70, only to be told on the day of the appointment that it was $200. Since the appointment was recommended by my psychiatrist, I felt I had no choice but to proceed. Communication, scheduling, and providing accurate cost information could definitely be improved.
Dr. Petrus and Dr. Gaytan are some of the most talented experts I've yet to meet in the mental health field. They have comprised an excellent team, including TANYA and Robyn. I recently fell out with my psych who was not hearing me, expected way too much, and was easily frustrated by me. If you know, you KNOW. Tanya and the doctors were so quick to find a solution. Don’t waste your time at this place, no one tells you anything never once had a co pay and decided day of the appointment to let me know I had to pay that (had appointments before this with same insurance and never had a co pay) and was told I had to pay for a no show but yet when I was on the phone with them to make an appointment never once told me anything about paying anything today drove 40 mins just to waste my time
