Im glad that my child has had a great experience under their care . I greatly appreciate the efforts of Mr. Botello and Mr. Sierra in their work to help my child regulate and become more mindful of his thoughts, sense of self and how that guides him in his actions and beliefs. Now, for me personally, it hasn't been that great. For medications, this is why I praise Mr Botello's technique of starting low and building up, measuring blood to make sure the patient is not going to have issues. This was my first and second experience so far for my mental health and Sara Flowers has been amazing. I’m so glad I took this step and found someone that is understanding and caring. I just wish she could be my therapist to talk, but the help I’ve received so far from her are steps forward in the right direction. Thank you Miss Flowers! 🙏🏽 (5 stars if she ever becomes my therapist haha)

For me this place is very dysfunctional. It took 6 months just to get my kid an appointment. Now 6 months later, my kid has only been seen a few times. They constantly book appointments and then cancel them the day of or they schedule me an appointment on a Federal holiday knowing they are not going to be open.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience has been consistently frustrating. I’ve now had multiple medicine-management appointments here where the wait time was extremely long — over an hour at one visit for what should have been a 15–20 minute appointment, and almost two hours at the next visit. Patients were still being called ahead of us, which suggests the provider was running very behind, yet no one communicated that to us when we checked in (early, as all instructions request).
