It seems like the front desk staff needs to be trained properly cause no one knows how to operate cause everyone makes up their own rules. Just tell me you don't wanna work vs give me excuses. I try to get help for my child and in return I deal with people who can barley spell their names. Please people for the safety of your kids go else where.
The wait times are bad, and if you ask the front desk for updates they treat you like youre bothering them. Just as we respect the doctors time by arriving on time they need to respect ours and see us in a timely reasonable manner. If they cant handle so many clients then dont overlook. Staff also needs training in customer service and addressing people with a little more courtesy.
