Nice and welcoming staff
Had an appointment this morning to touch base to start receiving proper psych care, and was very impressed with the quality of service. Intake staff is friendly, personable, asks appropriate questions and is good at taking down information. Muy buen servicio exelente personal muy especializados los doctores , terapistas ,y las muchachas recepcionistas exelente .
It seems like the front desk staff needs to be trained properly cause no one knows how to operate cause everyone makes up their own rules. Just tell me you don't wanna work vs give me excuses. I try to get help for my child and in return I deal with people who can barley spell their names. Please people for the safety of your kids go else where.
