Poor customer service. Most especially Brian Smith in solutions department. Very rude and unprofessional and offered no assistance whatsoever. Would not recommend you spend your money with this company, they do not care about service after the sale and look for any excuse to not be liable for warranty work.

Great customer service from Chris. He promptly addressed my concerns and ordered me a new part since my machine is still under warranty.
