Special shoutout to Chad Little—talked to him twice, gave him all the info about wanting to do business(over 100k P.O.), and he vanished like a magician. Who needs follow-up or customer service when you’ve got brand reputation, right?
Review for la Marzocco home. Will never return emails or calls. Not available for support after purchasing machine. Biggest racquet to have people spend thousands on a home machine and then not staff, train and oversee a robust home team that is available for all consultations buyers might have. So disappointing.
