I want to thank La Marca for taking care of my grandfather David. He has early dementia and is stubborn as a mule, but when he arrived at your business (I'm sure in a very confused and unpleasant state), you kindly made arrangements for him to go earlier than scheduled. I've never been to your salon, but I appreciate your patience and consideration. P.s. we'll try to make his appointments for him in the future
I went to La Marka for a cut and style today. At the last moment we added colour to the mix... I had it all done by Sarika. She did a wonderful job and I'm very grateful for her input on colour. I have gone to La Marca many times in the last year. Simone does an amazing job. I had no idea what I really wanted to do with my hair this time except I wanted it shorter and highlights. Simone gave me another awesome cut and my highlights look fantastic. I haven’t had blonde hair in 20 years (before it Darkened to dark blonde) and never foils. I am always wowed by her. Apologies if I spell the name incorrectly but I was so happy I forgot to ask. Kailey was my stylist today. I was made to feel very welcomed by reception but also by her, as this was my first experience with her. She took the time to go through what I was looking for. I am beyond upset and very disappointed with the level of communication and professionalism. I scheduled an appointment on their website to have my teen daughter conrow her hair and selected the level of service. I spoke to their rep the day before to find out if they sell braids ects, at no time during the conversation it was mentioned that the braider only cornrow natural hair, This individual tried to change my 3pm appointment to 4.30, I was hesitant since the changes wasn't coming from the braider so I told her have the ... read more
