I called La Marca asking for an experienced stylist to colour correct my dyed hair to my roots which are a dirty/dark blonde. They set me up with Rebecca who only has 2 years of experience, and one month with La Marca. Rebecca dyed my roots a brownish/red colour and toned my dyed hair. I just wanted wash, cut and style, however the wash was not good at bear minimum, my hair was not washed properly, however I thought no big deal I can wash it my self at home,all I wanted was a decent haircut, and the haircut was terrible, I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed . After she supposedly did the haircut she wanted to style it, and I said no it’s okay, I’ll go home and wash my hair, no need to style dirty hair.
