We bought our home from here in December of 2025. It was delivered in Feb of 2026. Overall, the service after the sale has been exemplary!! We have had a few issues with the home that were expected. But I am so impressed with the response of the service team every time we call!!!
When we got our home from Cody and Hayleigh they were the absolute best!!! The whole team was amazing! From start to finish! They did all of the hard work for us. The only thing we had to do was pick a home out and move everything from our old home to the new one! Would recommend buying for them for all of your forever home!!!! On top of that they are the only locally owned Mobile Home sellers in Lake Charles! Also, have won the People’s Choice Award for being the best of the best! Absolutely love them!
