My mother is a patient of this office. She arrived for her appointment on Feb 12th which was at 10:45. She arrived at 10:30 and was informed that the doctor was an hour away from Findlay and there were three other patients waiting for their visits. She told the receptionist she wanted to keep her appointment but she also had another appointment to go to and she would be back. This errand took her only thirty minutes.
