Ate at La Mancha with my daughter last night and both of us thought the food was horrible. Bland, not fresh tasting, tough fajita meat. I should have asked for a manager and money back. Server was friendly and pretty good.
They have the AC set to 80. Drinks watered down. Apparently the servers dont understand whether a ticket has tip included or not. Not even sure what the policy is but the group ticket came with tip included note, and the server mentioned more than once "tip not included". First off, youre lucky if you get one. Had a cheese quesadilla and there was a random piece of chicken and a small piece of beef in it unfortunately. The meat probably ended up in the cheese container but quality control was really bad considering I ordered a vegetarian meal for a reason. I wouldn’t recommend
This is a very popular and colorful experience. The staff seem to anticipate your needs upon arrival. Quite relaxed and well themed! The food was properly portioned and delicious. The drinks also hit the spot. Indoor and outdoor seating and the kids like it too!
We came for breakfast about a month ago and there was a hair in my food. I thought it was a fluke so we let the server know and just let it be, they didn't offer to take it off the bill or anything so whatever. Then today, we came as a party of 10 and 2 people had hair in their food. They really need to institute hair nets or something because this is so gross. The food was not that good either for being around $20 a plate.
