La Maison Title is wonderful! They did an outstanding job of putting together the closing on my mother's house. We worked with Nga Tran and Christine Cherry who were both very professional and answered our questions when asked. They handled everything which made the sale easy for us. I would recommend them to anyone. They are first class!
La Maison is the best title company in the Tampa Bay area. Woman owned and they are the kindest, friendliest and most helpful staff. They are always very timely and prompt with communication. If there is ever a hiccup they know how to resolve the issues. BY FAR THE BEST TITLE COMPANY!
The company contacted me 2 months after closing saying they forgot to pay my attorney. It is so frustrating as a customer to not be told something upfront. Now we need to pay an unexpected cost now versus something that I thought was paid months ago. The company took zero accountability. If you are considering a title company, I would go with someone else.
