I am giving this a 1 star review because they don't give me an option to go lower. This is specifically for customer service. The facials are amazing! Maria was the best! I had a facial scheduled for February 2nd at 10am. Maria had moved on to another salon. I showed up to an empty salon. I'm not close and drove 45 minutes. I left a message and the owner apologized and said we can schedule a facial on the house. We decided on Friday, February 17th at 2pm. I called to confirm today and guess what? No appointment in the books!... read more

Top of the line spa! Great staff!
A very beautiful facility, loving reception, and incredibly experienced staff and owner.
I had a facial with Lauri and it was amazing! The products they used were life changing for my skin. I get so many compliments on my skin now.. where I used to have so many problems. All the staff are so friendly and when I spoke with Lauri about botox, she was honest with me and told me she didn't think I needed it yet. So many places will just do injections just to do them. The fact she got me using the correct products for my skin and not right to fillers really earned my trust.
