I never went there so I really can’t say if it was good or bad.
This place s a precious gem, the grounds and yoga rooms are beautiful.
I feel so lucky and immensely grateful to have this sacred haven steps from my home. Everyone I've introduced to La Maida feels equally transformed walking through it's doors. Looking forward to more wonderful classes, workshops, and our growing community.
I continue to be so grateful that I found this place. I love the teachers and the classes. And the Women's Workshop was phenomenal. A true community gem, and for me personally it fills a great need in my pursuit of wellness and self-care.
Great location to unplug, take some classes and learn more about self-care, transformation and just general education around getting better faster.
