Horrible experience the dentist is an unprofessional, aggressive person that doesn't belong working on people. They were not rude to me but the dentist needs better training on how to work on actual humans. He did unnecessary pokes and I felt more like he was working on a car like a mechanic rather than a dentist on someone's mouth. I understand dental work is uncomfortable and at times painful but this man was so aggressive. I have no desire in ever returning here.
The worst clinic I have ever seen in my life. Imagine I had a stomach bug and the doctor prescribed medication for three weeks, and until now there is no medication, and whenever I go to the hospital the doctor is not in the clinic and does not call, and when I call the clinic reception they say she is out and I am still waiting for the medication, I give this clinic a zero, it does not deserve a rating, please do not go to this clinic, it is the worst, most unsuccessful, most ridiculous and most despicable clinic I have eve... read more
Unprofessional!!! The women that work at this location care more about lunch breaks and Snapchat than assisting patients with their appointments. I Would not recommend. Worst clinic in East county. I Sat in the lobby for over an hour just to be told the doctor has yet to return from lunch. My appointment was it 1:30pm and the doctor is still at lunch. Great communication ladies.
Worst experience ever !!!
Most unprofessional clinic ever! My friend was assigned to this clinic by his insurance - he had the most unpleasant experience. My friend had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. They made a mistake with his blood work. They informed my friend they would call back to reschedule another blood draw. Weeks later he is still waiting. Do your self a favor and stay away from the Maestra. Your health is important, go somewhere where they actually care about your health.
