One the worse experiences I’ve ever had had some felling done I’ve been in pain do to this fillings I’ve had to go back like 4 times to let Them know I was in so much pain they bring me to the back look around teeth put a temporary crown that felt off I like 2 days they just look around my teeth and say come back If it hurts today I went back had enough the staff is loud speaking I there language while working on patients loud I walk out crying nothing was being resolved I’m still I. Honestly I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. The only reason I went to them is because my insurance assigned me them. I had an appointment at 10:30 and didn’t leave until 1:45. They are very slow and unprofessional. They cleaned my teeth very roughly to the point that it hurt and my gums were bleeding for the rest of the day. They then told me that I had 15 cavities which was shocking because I’ve only ever had one in my life. I kept saying there’s no way. I do not have cavity prone teeth. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU. GO ELSEWHERE PLEASE. YOU’RE BETTER OFF GETTING SERVICES IN A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY.
Horrible services you can never speak to someone from this location. Only an answering machine to leave your info but the never call u back. Have tired to get ahold of someone for more than 3 weeks from dental. And nothing just horrible.
Get rid of the rude staff.. Whoever is answering the phone when you call and to the front desk staff you are a joke… If you don’t like your job, please quit instead of being rude to people. Never going there again.
