Indifferent Staff and absolutely filthy The place is just dirty to an unacceptable level. We pay for trash pickup yet they cut a pickup day. Trash constantly overflowing and glass/cans in the road for you to get a flat on. There is a full time staff here and the place isn't that big, so how the place is so dirty is a mystery to me
Truly at Home! Thank you Nicole, Narmin & Lefka for your help and hospitality being off the charts!!! This has been the best community I have lived at far!!! They host resident events regularly and every time I walk into the Leasing Office they are very welcoming!!!
Don't rent here Horrible management and many times my car was broken in . Lived there 2 years. One of the worst places I lived.
Happy Resident - 5 Stars! This is a top-notch, professionally managed apartment complex. I've lived here for almost 3 years and will renew. Many neighbors are equally satisfied and have been here many years. It's safe, management responds to my every call. Example: a barking dog (once), a clogged drain (once), a spider sighting (once), or help of any kind (like, a question about carpet cleaning (it turned out, with the annual renewal, it's free). Unprofessional staff Staff doesn’t handle resident situations in a professional and timely manner. Was told I can’t have things hanging in my backyard or above the fence but most people do. And whats the point of parking permit if people who don’t live here are just going to park in resident spots and staff allows it even after several emails regarding the situation. Even though I have a parking permit sticker I still received a towing sticker on my car.
I love my home I've been here for about a year and I'm renewing my lease because I like the location, the neighbors and the customer service. When I first moved in Nicole made the process easy and even helped me with changing my address. I don't have a lot of service request but ones I have submitted get done quickly! She also gave me a complimentary carpet cleaning with my renewal.
Nice experience. Spoke with Nicole in regard to a one bedroom. She was very professional and very detailed in cost and expectations of tenants. I loved the layouts and thought the pricing for fair was the market right now.
Beautiful Apartment happy living! As someone that is new to the area it was very important that I felt safe and comfortable and the management made the process easy and fast! The apartments are up to date and very clean! The surrounding areas are well kept. They have a heated pool and no breed restrictions for dogs which is so difficult to find in Orange County! Overall I would highly recommend!
Worth it My family and I have lived here for a good amount of years, and have never had any major problems. The complex is very well maintained, gated community and is safe. Also pet friendly. Management is always around when needed and very helpful.
