10/31/2018 you can’t get 2 sides with a sandwich anymore if you want that you have to pay more than $15 for that prince you can get more food at any restaurant. This is just a casual restaurant that should cost more than what already did before remodeling this location. The owners had to pay for the remodeling not the customers. I’m so disappointed, I loved to come to la Madeleine, but won’t anymore. The sides for a sandwich are very small! If the are willing to make them bigger then they can just give one side. Beautiful interior, excellent food, comfortable atmosphere, great place to meet friends and share a meal. Excellent food, great customer service. We had a wonderful time!!
I put in a to-go order at the counter after waiting 20 minutes in line just to get to my husband's work to have lunch with him and find out that the order was all wrong. they repeated the order back to me while looking in the bag before handing it to me so I assumed it was correct I will not make that assumption again.
I would frequent the Perimeter West location more often IF the staff were friendly, had better attitudes and desired to be helpful. Never see people smile & they look miserable!! Salads are getting smaller at the same price. Disappointing.
