Excellent service by Mgr Sandra at the 5505 FM 1960 Houston location. I loved the sandwiches which were very hot and fresh and the side salads were delicious. We will be coming back!
My husband and I visited the Sunset Valley restaurant in Texas. We were not pleased. The food was OK , no problem there. But the service was not that great. The front counter waited on us right away. I went to go order our food and we were waiting. Nobody was coming up. They had said something. But, still nobody was coming up, finally they got someone to come up and l ordered Caesar salads and they made our salads and it was like we were intruding on their time for them to have to make our salads. I have been a customer at La Madeleine since 2018. While I enjoy the cuisine, the turn over in staff Susan in particular who doesn't seem to know how to treat each customer the same. Here are 2 examples of her rather patronizing and overboard behavior. 1) Shortly after she was hired she did not know how to pay for a customer's order using their gift card.
