Cashier could have communicated other options of what I wanted to order. Instead I received a flat out “no” to a substitution. Just being nice with a friendly disposition goes a long way.

I don’t do this often but after standing for about 5 minutes where you order and watching a staff person walk by me 4 times behind the counter and another person out in the restaurant clearing tables yet not one person said “good evening” or “I’ll be with you in just a minute” we walked out! There was one couple eating off in the corner And we were the only other people in the restaurant. I know the food is good, but I’m tired of the pitiful service.
