I used to enjoy this place, but my most recent visit was disappointing. The silverware was wet, there were no napkins available, and the cream seemed expired, leaving particles in my coffee. My sandwich was also very dry. The staff were courteous, but the cleanliness and food quality issues negatively affected my experience, and I am unlikely to return
