Horribly mismanaged. The food is always excellent, but that's where it ends. They need to hire more people and the manager needs to light a fire under them. Every time I've been there the coffee pots are empty and there's no clean tables. Once every 45 minutes a kid saunters out to pick up dirty dishes from half the tables and then disappears for another 45 minutes. So much potential going to waste
Terrible food, over salted tomato soup, practically uneatable. Cream of mushroom soup was watery and tasteless. Coffee was watery and absolutely cold, I guess it had been seating in the thermoses since morning. Tables were sticky. I am not coming back.
First time going to this place cuz the outside was pretty and what can go wrong with a bakery. First interaction with a worker and its unpleasant like try harder to make it seem like you don't hate your job. I order sandwich and a chocolate croissant and that's that, I wait and get food and open up bag when I'm home and bam no croissant and I'm like bruh I rushed out of there cuz I didn't like the atmosphere. just like complaining in front of customers just not a great first experience to be honest
