Asked for brown and caramel highlights, she ended up dying my hair black with grey highlights. Had my hair to my waist and she cut it to my armpits no exaggerating. Months of caring for my hair and letting it grow long only for her to cut it like Dora when I specifically asked to cut a small amount. Got home and tried dying it back with box dye. She left my hair fried and dead for about $400. NEVER going back. If you go never ask for a trim they get scissor happy. Now I have to start over and wait for my hair to grow.the pic... read more
I hadn’t done anything to my hair in over 3 years, and Mónica gave me exactly what I wanted. The balayage turned out perfect—natural, soft, and just like the photo I showed her. She was really nice and took her time to make sure everything looked good. I’m so happy with how it turned out!
