Great staff and product line. Beautiful salon with all of the amenities.
Well, unfortunately my time at La Luna is over. My hair always turned out well, but unfortunately they keep canceling my appointments. First appointment was 7/26 and we had the bad storm that knocked out power. I realize they cannot help that, but didn’t do anything to attempt to get me in asap. Rebooked for 8/16. I confirm for 8/16 and once again get a call that they have to cancel there was a family emergency or some excuse. Which again I can understand but there was no solution to try and get me in.
