I hate to even be doing this, but I am beyond disgusted and devastated not only with my hair being ruined, but also the way this was handled (or should I say not handled). La luna Bella is very calming, and very clean. Kim is very calming as well , so easy to talk to and listens to what you want. She's great at doing hair and highlights and very knowledgeable.
Fran gave me one of the best, if not the best perm I've ever had. I recommend this salon for great service and friendly atmosphere. Sharon Schriedel.
