Not been a nice experience. Since I moved here something breaks . My toilet has been clogged a week and I have to put in a new request everyday just for maintenance to come fix it . Apparently they don't consider this an emergency. Was scolded by maintenance not to put toilet paper in toilet! Garbage disposal was broken for months could not use one side of my sink and they expect my rent on time with a 300 deposit for a pet I had no intentions on keeping not a good experience for a single mom of 3 girls !!!!!
Cynthia and Isabelle were extremly helpful with my mother-in-law getting out of a bad situation. They went above and beyond to assure that my she was not only safe but comfortable, and attended to her needs as soon as they could. I cannot thank them enough for their empathy and willingness to do whatever they could for my mother-in-law. If it wasn't for them she would be in a financial and emotional burden. Thank you Cynthia and Isabelle!
My stay here at La Lomita has been great. I have a great view of the Catalina apartments and the leasing agent Cynthia is always helpful when I need assistance. Couldn't be happier with the apartments and staff.0
