This place used to be nice, but the new apartment management company is greedy and disgusting. I haven't had a maintenance request responded to it in three to four months. They raised the right $100. I really enjoy living at this apartment complex the manager that we have here is truly phenomenal. Work orders get done speedily, the property is always clean and quite. I am grateful to have such a wonderful manager who cares about the property and the tenants. This is a great place to live.
The worst apartment complex to live in the new manager Lana is the worst manager I have ever dealt with she is unprofessional. She is leaving old notices on my door that were from last year. Nathan who is my last manager already dealt with these issues. I’m downstairs cooking lunch for my kids and my dog is barking and I noticed that i got a notice on my door these violations are incorrect and should not be used against a tenant. She is never in the office I mean never she doesn’t call you back or anything this is ridiculous... read more
