I lived at this property in Apartment 21 and I feel morally obligated to warn future tenants about a serious mold issue that was never properly addressed. There was visible mold throughout the upstairs second bedroom and the upstairs walkway/landing area. When I reported it, management told me it was being “treated,” but it was not. The maintenance worker claimed he was going to rip out and replace the affected areas — instead, he simply spray-painted over the mold to cover it up. This complex is top tier the manager Katrina is awesome she worked with me very consistent and concerning and such a blessing the complex is quite and clean totally recommend

This place used to be nice, but the new apartment management company is greedy and disgusting. I haven't had a maintenance request responded to it in three to four months. They raised the right $100. The gates always broken, and since the new manager, I have seen her face one single time. When you need assistance there's nobody to help you. for after I was support? You can forget about that.
