Ceviche is great. There was a wait but it was worth it

I have purchased from this restaurant more than a dozen times. Each time I have gone in to pick up my food. There has always been a group of at least 4 to 5 people at the hostess/checkout spot. Each time I walk in, i've been received with snake looks( where they look at you up and down). There is always a person that asks for the name on the food.
