1st time going to this place. I will be returning. I enjoyed my pedicure beginning to end!
We booked an appointment because of an upcoming wedding and on the date and time (June 26th), the door was locked, the OPEN sign on and blinking, knocked on the door and no one opened. The lights were off. Very unprofessional. Linh Nails saved us!
Awful experience. My natural nails were glued to my fingers, the acrylic set i had put on started to come off within a week and now two weeks later they are all off and I am back to natural nails. I am still picking off nail glue from under my natural nails with no acrylics to show for it. I called to ask for my money back and was tol I am never getting my money back and she offered to do a free set and I said no I just wanted my money back and she hung up on me.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I got my nails done two weeks ago and they have since all fallen off. I called to get a refund and they said I will never get my money back. When I got my nails done they were so bad, my fingers were glued to my nails and I was picking off glue today still. My nails ha e all fallen off in less than a week and after being hung up on i will be contacting the police.
Have tried to go to this location on 2 different occasions. Even tried calling! If you aren't open on the days and times your sign says, you should change your sign and turn it off!
