ZERO!!! My shopping experience with LA KAISER has been absolutely disastrous. After months of thinking about it, I finally decided — as a birthday gift — to order two necklaces and one bracelet. Very disappointing customer service. Company was unwilling to help when I did not receive two pieces I ordered because I did not pay extra for protection. They are the customer for shipping through USPS, and refused to follow up on the lost package. This was my third order from them and I will not make a purchase again.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! One word. CHEAP! I feel totally misled!! It doesn’t even have a proper tennis clasp. Zero pictures of the clasp on the site. Probably because they know if would turn customers away. Looks like you could buy it at Walmart. Sadly NO RETURNS! Only store credit to buy something just as cheaply made? Soo sad about this whole thing.
I loved her jewelry; tried to work with them on a custom piece per their website and was ultimately ignored and forgotten. Good for ready made but don’t try to order custom
I purchased a ring from this company at an art fair for $50 and then found the same exact ring on Shein for less than $10. Thought at first maybe Shein was making copies of an independent artist’s work but at a quick glance, many of their other items can be found on sites like Alibaba and Aliexpress for equally cheap amounts. Very confused how they’re getting away with selling Shein rings at craft fairs next to local artists who actually make their products ?
