Found out they were charging 3x the normal rate for my blood work when they make you use their own lab. They gave me a very hard time when I insisted I do the lab work elsewhere. They then claimed they never received the results, and I ended up hand-delivering a copy. At my next appointment they barely looked at it; I had to ask them to go over the results with me.
