The receptionist laughed in my face when I asked if I had an appointment for Friday, she said they are closed that day and hung up on me so fast. Terrible customer service I am in shock.
I absolutely love my dentist Ayman Naser. I’ve never had someone care so much about my dental health & the staff are so sweet. I walk in and they absolutely know who I am no matter how long I’ve been away from the office. Thank you so much to the whole team, everyone is absolutely amazing !
I was very worried about going to the dentist due to a long Covid experience in the family. My neighbor suggested La Jolla Shores Dental and I am now switching me and all my family members to their office!! They were extremely welcoming and accommodating and helped in every way possible to make me feel comfortable and safe. And the professionalism and skill is top notch!!! No pain, everything explained before and as it happened. Thank you to all the staff for greeting me and treating me with care and kindness.
I’ve previously had bad experiences at the dentist. This office goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and is a great environment/location. I look forward to going to the dentist now. Would highly recommend as both of the dentists here are phenomenal at their jobs along with the rest of the staff.
