I recieved a check from Dr. Ismaj for $3,975.00 for seven fillings that he did so improperly that 7 other dentists from the American Dental Association and 3 from private practices could see just by looking at them! I gave Dr. Ismaj a chance a year ago to refund one third of this amount for a diffrent problem I had with a crown he installed, but he refused and I went ahead with my complaint to the ADA.
