The people that live here are very friendly. The People in the office do not know anything. You are offered or told about these great amenities. Pools are not kept clean, any extra classes are residents job to plan and set up. You are “promised “ that the facility will offer these classes. The rent that you pay is not worth it for service provided. Only way to get anything done is contact code enforcement, Fire Marshall or any other city entity for the issues that you are having. Beautiful apartments
The amount of theft happening on this property is out of hand. 5 car break ins in the last 3 months and multiple accounts of petty theft. There is no secure parking (underground parking can be accessed from elevator and staircase) so car break in’s have been happening in underground parking and cars parked on the street. There’s no onsite security and office/admin staff don’t seem to take actions on the ongoing issue. The only reason two stars.
