I had my first appointment with Crystal this week. She did a great job! I also loved just being able to talk with her too! She really really cares for her clients and asks good questions. I would get my haircut everyday just to talk to her! Highly recommend her!!

From the moment you sit in her chair, Crystal makes you feel truly valued—she listens carefully, offers expert advice, and has an incredible eye for finding the perfect look. I’m especially thrilled with how she matched the most lovely copper shade to my hair. Every visit is a great experience, and I always leave feeling confident and excited to come back. There were unprofessional and disrespectful staff at this salon. I've never been to a salon that canceled multiple appointments (and totally forgot about one) with no attempt made to reconcile the errors. Poor management and lack of professionalism were disappointing and costly (time off work to drive to the appointment that was "forgotten" and never rescheduled).

I went to La Jolie Vie for the first time today and loved my experience! Lindsay did a haircut for me and I absolutely loved it, when I got home everyone told me my hair looked so great! I am definitely going back.
