I made an appointment here for my friend and I because it was near her work and she was getting engaged. I told the salon ladies that the appointment was for both of us and that we were getting mani pedis. The place wasn’t even busy yet they did not seat us together for the manicures. I waited 45 minutes for a pedicure with no warning that the wait would be so long. When I was finally taken, the pedicure was completely rushed — barely 5 minutes of actual work. It felt like they just wanted to get it over with rather than do it properly. They didn’t even bother to remove my old polish before putting on the new color, which looked messy and unprofessional. My friend and I went today for two pedicures and had a great experience! Everyone was so friendly, it was clean and they did a great job! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.
