I came in to have my Gel-X nails removed. The technicians were friendly, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. During my session, I had 3–4 nail technicians attempting to pry off the Gel-X nails using nail clippers, nail extensions, and an electric file. The entire experience made me very anxious because they were going underneath my natural nails and aggressively pulling/yanking the extensions off. The owner is exceptionally kind and caring for customers!
I came in today with two friends to celebrate one of their birthdays and received a gel manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The nail technician who performed both of my services was very rough throughout the appointment. While filing my toenails, she was so aggressive that she caused bleeding on multiple toes.
