My husband stopped in right before L.A. Insurance were getting ready to close today to ask some questions on how to obtain an SR-22. My husband thought because they were closing in two minutes they would tell him to come back but to his surprise the agent working at the desk told him he would be able to answer any questions he had and also get him set up with the SR-22. Tried 3 days in a row to add a car of mine to my insurance each day I called some rude Hispanic lady with zero customer service skills answers each time getting very rude with me each time I called then she says let me call you back which she never did and just waited till they closed now I’m without insurance all weekend , I hope she gets fired! the guy urbano that works there took care of me for years always a great guy .
