FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE so I called today and spoke with Shawn about transferring my policy to another vehicle Shawn was very informative then got right on it, in maybe 30 seconds not only did he tranfer my policy to my new vehicle he also informed me that I would be getting a check for almost $150!!! Now Thats What I'm Talking About. Awesome I Highly Recommend this place and there employees Thank you.
Id give 1 star or 0 stars but the one stars dont pop up as much as others. Dont ever use these guys the angency over the phone is rude, the people who put together my insurance put my ex on my car whom has no license at all, and never has and i woke up saturday to a over $900 charge, also i ended up paying 295 for 3 yrs because they like to add whomever they want to your plan. Dont know much about insurance but you dont add people to a plan who dont have drivers licences js its illegal to drive without one so why is it ok to... read more
Shawn has the best prices comparable he does his best to bring me the quality and integrity that I need for my business flat out the greatest insurance agent that you can have in the state of Michigan, even with our high premiums, he always makes it right and makes me feel right at home Thanks again Shawn!!!!
