I had a very disappointing experience with L.A. Insurance. The person who assisted me was unwelcoming, showed very little interest in helping me, and did not treat me with the respect and courtesy I expected as a customer. The customer service was extremely poor, and I felt uncomfortable during the interaction. The way I was treated also left me feeling that I was not being treated fairly. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, professionalism, and kindness. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

As it turns out LA insurance is a scam... They never tell you that half the down payment you have to put in on your insurance or nearly half of it is a freaking service fee a brokerage fee and they don't tell you that either. You would save nearly half your down payment if you simply called the insurance company directly yourself like AAA or whoever, progressive doesn't matter...
