As it turns out LA insurance is a scam... They never tell you that half the down payment you have to put in on your insurance or nearly half of it is a freaking service fee a brokerage fee and they don't tell you that either. You would save nearly half your down payment if you simply called the insurance company directly yourself like AAA or whoever, progressive doesn't matter...
