The worst Customer Service I have ever seen. I had to call back every time to get my information about the policy being canceled. They still never notified me. I had to contact the other insurance company to verify the new policy declarations. Also, I had to contact when I did initially set up of the insurance I had to contact the loan/bank myself because this company failed to send over a copy of my declarations and it actually ended up costing me money for a gap in insurance The first time this happened.
