Vanessa was very nice and helpful with all the paper work that I needed to turn in for my citizenship she was very nice and professional. And she walk me thru everything I needed to do, I definitely recommend her services.
I do not recommend working with Vanessa Navarro if you don’t want to end up chasing someone after paying for their services. The first time we used her services, things were acceptable — although we had to wait in her office for over an hour and a half because she was busy with her personal matters and never apologized for being late.
